1. By registering for a course or examination, the person or body registering accepts the General Terms and Conditions of KLARTEXT e.V. as binding.
  2. You can only register as a publicly funded participant if you have a certificate of eligibility.
  3. The full fee must be paid at the time of registration.
  4. Cancellation of registration for participants without public funding:
    Course: If the registration is canceled up to one week before the start of the course, the course fee will be refunded minus a cancellation fee of 30 €. No refunds will be made if the course is canceled or terminated at a later date.
    Examination: If the registration is canceled during the official registration period (depending on the examination), the examination fee will be refunded minus a cancellation fee of €30. No refund will be made in the event of late cancellation.
    In the event of illness on the day of the examination, the examination fee will be refunded minus a cancellation fee of €50. To do this, you must bring us a doctor’s certificate by the Thursday after the exam at the latest.
  5. KLARTEXT e.V. reserves the right to postpone or cancel a course or examination due to an insufficient number of participants or due to circumstances for which it is not responsible. In the event of cancellation by KLARTEXT e.V., the entire course or examination fee will be refunded to the participant. The participant may not assert any further claims, in particular claims for damages.
  6. Placement in the appropriate course level is generally based on a placement test.
  7. By registering, participants undertake to
    • for regular and active course participation,
    • to comply with the course and break times,
    • in the event of absence to apologize on the same day in text form (e-mail, signal, letter, etc.),
    • to report any change in personal data (address, telephone number, bank details, etc.) immediately.
  8. Attendance is compulsory for publicly funded participants.
  9. KLARTEXT e.V. reserves the right to exclude participants from the course or an examination in the event of violations of these General Terms and Conditions.
  10. Certificates of attendance can only be issued for regularly attended courses (70%).
