What is an integration course?
An integration course is a German course subsidized by the state (BAMF), which lasts six modules with one hundred lessons each and covers levels A1 to B1 (no higher levels). It ends with the German test for immigrants. This is followed by an orientation course with a 100 lessons to convey knowledge of the legal system, culture and history of Germany. This ends with the final test “Living in Germany”.
Individual modules can be repeated, but a maximum of 900 teaching hours in the general integration course will be subsidised. Regular attendance is mandatory.
KLARTEXT eV offers general integration courses in the mornings, afternoons and evenings.
