COURSE TIMES:

Tuesday + Thursday: 2 p.m. – 3:30 p.m.

Evening courses are possible on request

COURSE LEVELS:

Basic level (A2 / B1)

COURSE DURATION:

12 afternoons per part

2 weekly study groups with 4 teaching units

One subject-related topic per week

8 to 17 participants per group, employees from different companies or self-payers

COURSE CONTENT:

The course is divided into two parts:

1st part: Business German

  • Introduce yourself and orientate yourself on the job market
  • Communicate in the company
  • Write emails and minutes
  • Dealing with IT and modern media
  • Understand, explain and order devices and machines
  • Conduct customer meetings and complaint management

Part 2: Business German

  • Conduct acquisition talks and prepare offers
  • Make presentations with graphics
  • Prepare for employee appraisals and describe problems
  • Understand employment contract and instructions
  • Recognize the goals of further training
  • Recognize and understand occupational safety measures
  • Implement prevention and health in the workplace

COURSE PRICE:

173€ per part + ca.18€ Learning material

COURSE DATES:

Part 1: 06.09.22-13.10.22 in the virtual classroom
Part 2: 21.06.22-21.07-22 in the virtual classroom

The course consists of 2 parts that can be attended independently of each other.
